Executive Coaching

Who Invests in Executive Coaching?

Many companies hire executive coaches as a way to develop top leaders in their  organization.  And often, an executive will hire their own executive coach.  When dealing with promotions, developing staff for different positions or dealing with interpersonal issues, a company may recommend or hire an executive coach for these reasons.

What the Executive Coaching Process Looks Like

Every executive coach will have their own style based on their training, experience and natural talents.  Usually the process flows through the steps of intake, evaluation and goal planning.  Executive coaching last approximately 8-12 months and completes once the established goals are achieved.

The Confidentiality of Executive Coaching

Meetings between an executive coach and client are confidential.  If an organization is paying for the coaching services, there is often a periodic report that the coach sends to the supervisor, but most executive coaches are sensitive  about sharing personal information beyond broader success with set goals.  But no information is shared without the consent of the client.
